My work has centred on understanding how due diligence systems function in practice across complex global supply chains.

At the International Labour Organisation, I developed analytical inputs and case studies examining labour risks, governance arrangements and supply-chain dynamics in high-risk contexts. This included engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps between formal commitments and actual outcomes.

Previously, at Trust Gestión Estratégica de Riesgos in Colombia and Paris, I led and contributed to over 15 multi-year socio-political and human rights risk analysis projects in oil, mining, and utilities sectors. These projects involved stakeholder mapping, scenario building, and structured analysis of governance challenges in environments affected by conflict and social tensions.

The emphasis throughout has been on:

  • Risk identification, prioritisation, and mitigation

  • Institutional coordination challenges

  • Pathways for strengthening international standards implementation and accountability

This experience informs my advisory work on responsible supply-chain strategy and risk-based decision-making.
