Across corporate, academic and multilateral settings, I have worked on the interpretation and operationalisation of responsible business conduct (RBC) and human rights due diligence (HRDD) frameworks aligned with international standards.
At the International Labour Organization, I contributed to the implementation of the Resolution on Decent Work and the Social and Solidarity Economy, supporting the development of policy briefs, analytical tools, and case-based guidance linking supply-chain approaches to decent work outcomes. My work has involved translating global standards into structured governance and implementation pathways that are sensitive to sectoral and institutional realities.
My doctoral research on the “hardening” of multinational corporations’ responsibility examined the evolution of CSR into binding due diligence expectations, providing an in-depth understanding of regulatory developments and their implications for corporate governance.
Earlier in my career, I supported over 15 private-sector clients from the oil, mining, and utilities sectors in integrating responsible business conduct into operational models in high-risk environments, moving from advisory recommendations to implementation support.
