• I facilitated the ILO COOP/SSE Unit's strategic retreat, supporting collective reflection and strategic realignment

• At Trust, I managed stakeholder engagement processes between business executives, government representatives, and local communities in conflict-affected contexts in Colombia and Mexico

• At the ILO, I supported capacity-building and multi-actor exchanges on supply-chain governance and decent work

• In academia, I supported the learning experiences of over 300 master-level and executive students on strategy, innovation, and global management
