In complex policy and organisational settings, I have designed and facilitated structured dialogue processes to support strategic clarity and informed decision-making.

Within the International Labour Organisation, this has included supporting capacity-building initiatives and multi-actor exchanges linked to supply-chain governance and decent work priorities.

In consultancy settings, I managed stakeholder engagement assessments and facilitated discussions between business executives, government representatives, and local communities in high-risk contexts. These processes often addressed competing priorities, socio-political tensions, and uncertainty regarding regulatory change.

In academia, I assisted in teaching courses for more than 300 master-level and executive students on strategy, innovation, and global management topics, developing structured facilitation and analytical methods that also inform my advisory practice.

Across these roles, I have supported:

  • Multi-stakeholder dialogue in sensitive environments

  • Scenario development and strategic foresight

  • Organisational alignment and governance clarification

  • Structured decision-making under uncertainty
